Spanish Seniors Program
A welcoming space for older adults—particularly Spanish-speaking seniors—to gather, build friendships, and take part in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
A Vibrant Spanish Community for Older Adults:
Weekly gatherings, games, arts and crafts, and cultural celebrations.
Exercise sessions, mental well-being workshops, and nutrition guidance.
Educational talks on topics like aging, healthcare, and navigating community services.
A space to share stories, experiences, and mutual encouragement.
All activities are designed to foster a sense of belonging, empowerment, and joy for seniors in our community.
